Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Be free from stains, perfumes, deodorants, alterations, or damage.

• Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Exchanges

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose:

• Store Credit, or

• A different product of equal value.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• For defective or incorrect products, THREAD ATTACK will bear the return shipping cost.

• For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
